Access methods, such as login credentials, are for the Student’s sole, personal, and non-transferable use. Sharing or selling your access credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
2.3 Duration of Access: Unless otherwise specified, the Student will have access to the online Course content for a period of 6 months, 12 months from the date of enrollment.
3. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
3.1 Course Fees: The fee for each Course is as listed on the Website/As discussed with the mentor at the time of purchase. All fees are inclusive of GST/applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2 Refunds and Cancellations: we dont provide any Refunds.
4. Intellectual Property and Licensing
4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, coding, quizzes, and the Website content (“Course Materials”), belong exclusively to RENERGIZE CONSULTANCY OPC PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.
4.2 Limited License: Upon enrollment, the Company grants the Student a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Course Materials solely for their personal, non-commercial educational use.
4.3 Prohibitions: The Student must not:

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
5.1 Educational Purpose: The Services are provided for educational purposes only. The Company does not guarantee any specific result, job placement, or financial outcome from completing the Course.
5.2 Disclaimer: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties. The Company’s liability for any claim arising from the Services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Student for the specific Course giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, NCR.
